Worst road side assistance ever experienced . Broke down Side of freeway with wife and kids and it’s been more then 2half hours and no assistance yet.. I had to call my brother to pick my family up because Towe truck wasn’t here fast enough.. then I call them back and they don’t even have answers .. will be cutting off AAA soon . horrible
