Bought a Groupon to get my roots touched up. I used one before and my prior experience was ok, so for the cost of the Groupon I thought it was worth going again. My stylist this time, Kim, was rather unfriendly. I couldn't get her to even crack a smile the whole time I was there. She worked efficiently to cover my roots, but when it came time to pay she refused to take my Groupon, saying that since I used one before I couldn't have another one gifted to me. I asked to speak to manager--and she was it. She forced me to pay full price on top of the fact that I already paid for the Groupon, would do nothing at all to help remedy the situation. I left the salon steaming mad and unhappy. Great business model you have there-- you extorted an extra $30 out of me, but now you got no tip, you've lost all of my future business, and I will not recommend this salon to anyone, ever! The customer service is atrocious, and the prices aren't good, considering at the end you still dry and style your own hair.
